The $36.00 annual administrative fee, that is assessed by Illinois State law on all Child Support cases, must be paid to the Circuit Clerk's office. This fee is used in maintaining child support records and the processing of support orders to the State of Illinois KIDS system and the recording of payments issued by the State Disbursement Unit for the official record of the Court. Payment of your $36 annual administrative fee should be made with a separate check payable to CIRCUIT CLERK. The Circuit Clerk accepts personal checks, cashier's checks, certified checks and money orders for the administrative fee payments.
