The Office of the Chief Judge of the Circuit Court of LaSalle County administers the Rules and General Orders of the Circuit Court of LaSalle County, which govern the structure and processes of the Circuit Court. This section also includes selected General Administrative Rules and Orders of the court. General Administrative Rules and Orders, which are issued by the Chief Judge, typically address routine administrative issues of the court.

Please take notice that Probate filing fees increased January 1, 2013. This form includes all fees and filing fees applicable within the LaSalle County Circuit Clerk's office. Work will not be processed without the appropriate payment of fees in advance. We accept cash, money orders, personal checks, Visa and Mastercard for payment of filing fees.
