The Circuit Clerk's Office accepts the following for payment of fines and costs:

• Personal Check* (personal checks are NOT accepted for the payment of Restitution)

• Money Order

• Traveler's Checks

• Cashier's Check

• Visa**

• MasterCard**

*There will be a $25.00 returned check fee charged for checks returned by your bank for any reason.

** There is a minimum charge of $3 or 4% processing fee charged when using a credit card to cover the credit card processor's charge.
