Civil Division

Generally, a person seeking this information should come to the courthouse. There are public access terminals available for you to do your own search. If you cannot make your request in person, please fill out a request making sure to include your name, address, daytime telephone number and the information you are looking for. Please include as much information as possible when completing this request. Mail it to:

Also please note as set forth below, the requester will be responsible for statutory fees (See Section 27.1a of the Clerk's Act (705 ILCS 105/27.1a) which can include but are not limited to, the following: search fees; copying charges; certification charges (if necessary); and postage. Prior to processing the request, the requester will be notified of the charges and expected to remit payment in advance. Criminal Division

Public access terminals are available in the Criminal Division for you to do your own searches. The LaSalle County Circuit Clerk's Office does not perform record checks.
