Effective January 1, 1999 (revised 6/1/07) the following procedure is in effect for all cases on the court call for payment only in both Traffic and Misdemeanor cases.

Defendants who appear early can also follow the schedule below and receive a new court date, to be calculated from their next court date.

Defendants paying less than $25 shall make any payment and then report to court to receive a new court date.

If a defendant fails to appear, the Clerk shall forward the file to court for further appropriate proceedings pursuant to prior court orders.

Defendants appearing to pay fines will first report to the office of the Clerk to make payment. If the defendant pays $25.00 or more towards a fine, the Clerk shall generate a receipt and assign a new court date as follows:
